Better Than Zillow!

"On May 8, 2020 I was looking at houses in this particular subdivision and my prayer was God, send my realtor to me. I arrived at a house that had a sign in the yard and a young lady in the yard, when I asked her about the house she told me that it had just gone under contract. She introduced herself as Stefanie, a Realtor, gave me her card and invited me in to see the house. We engaged in conversation for about 30 minutes and when I left I told her that she was my realtor and would be the one to help me find a home. I told Stefanie that I would probably be difficult to work with because I want what I want. She NEVER made me feel as if I was difficult or a challenge. She was always patient and readily available. On Mother’s Day, May 10, 2020 we went to look at 3 properties I sent her and that gave Stefanie a better feel for what I wanted in a home. None of those homes worked, she came back on May 12 with a house I loved,but had a small backyard and was a bit much. On May 14, 2020 she sent me to another home and I was in LOVE with this newly built house that had the yard space I wanted, that would later become our home. I put an offer in THAT DAY and on June 24, 2020 I closed on our house. Stefanie Henry was with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. So yes, it literally took her 6 days to find me a house and not just any house but a home for my family and I. She was very professional, hands on and constantly checking on me. She made sure to address any and every concern or questions I may have had EVEN after I closed. She wasn’t just my Realtor, she was a Teacher, a Mom, a Sister and a Friend during my journey of home ownership; making sure I wasn’t taken advantage of, pointing out possible or future concerns that could arise and her willingness to go over and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and not just a house to say I got house. STEFANIE HENRY WAS THE BEST FOR ME AND I’M SURE SHE WILL BE THE SAME FOR YOU."
